The 7th Day Revelation: When Cleaning Became Enjoyable?!

You know that moment when everything changes?
For me, it happened in my kitchen on the 7th day.
I’ve always loved cooking, but cleaning was a dreaded chore.
Until that day, when I realized I wasn’t dreading the cleanup—I was enjoying it.
My mindset had shifted; cleaning became part of the process, a way to reset for the next meal.
It wasn’t a burden anymore, but a satisfying rhythm. If it can happen to me, it can happen to you.

Disclaimer: This is not actually my kitchen
It was so profound, and so natural, my beautiful Queen B was staring at me mouthing “WTF”
The sense of calmness and mental clarity I rarely achieved was due to ketosis, where the brain gets 75% of its energy from ketones and the rest from naturally produced glucose.
This results in a steady energy supply without crashes. Unlike the sluggishness from carbs, ketones make the brain efficient, like your car running on racing fuel.
Mitochondria thrive on ketones, multiplying and boosting brain energy, keeping it sharp and focused. and as I like to describe it a state of “Float” over to Janelle Monáe
So, while keto isn’t a magic cure-all, it’s a powerful tool to fuel your brain, keep you energized, and help you think clearer.
Time to ditch the brain fog and flip the switch to high performance!
No Better Addiction then Success

Gamify Your Keto Mind Journey and Stay on Track!
Who says tracking your Keto Mind progress has to be boring?
Turn it into a game!
By setting simple, achievable goals and checking them off daily, you’ll fuel your motivation and build an addiction to success.
Plus, who doesn’t love the satisfaction of racking up points?.
Here's how you can turn your journey into a game:
Keep score in a diary or calendar.
Use a habit-tracking app. (Im using Onrise at present, is free and can add numerous habits to gamify)
Post your progress on social media for accountability.
Every small win fires up your dopamine levels, boosting confidence and keeping you hungry for more progress.
Dopamine plays a crucial role in making gamification work:
Motivation: It pushes you to chase new goals and fuels your drive.
Repetition: Your brain loves repeating actions that bring pleasure, reinforcing good habits.
Learning: Positive reinforcement locks in healthy behaviors.
Beyond motivation, gamifying your Keto Mind journey fosters independence, encourages improvement, and makes each milestone feel fresh and exciting.
Our brains crave novelty, so setting short-term, attainable goals keeps things engaging.
But remember—gamification works best when your goals are clear, realistic, and personally meaningful.
Make it fun, make it rewarding, and watch how your Keto Mind journey becomes an adventure rather than a chore!
So, what’s your score today? Keep leveling up!
Major Funding for Research into Ketogenic Diet and ADHD

At the University of Oxford, Ally Houston is starting a study to see if a keto diet can help with ADHD and depression.
Dr. Houston noticed that his own ADHD and depression got much better after he switched to a keto diet, and is leading the Research at Oxford University.
He had severe mental health problems until he tried keto, and within weeks, his ADHD symptoms almost disappeared.
Similarly, Dr. Iain Campbell at the University of Edinburgh uses keto to manage his bipolar disorder.
After struggling with depression for years, he found that a strict keto diet helped him lose weight and reduced his symptoms for long periods.
Now, he is working with researchers to study how the diet affects mental illnesses like bipolar and schizophrenia.
Professor Smith's research on keto is supported by ÂŁ400,000 from the Baszucki Group.

The US philanthropic organisation established by the billionaire chief of the videogame giant Roblox, David Baszucki, and his wife Jan.
The Bazucki group has donated ÂŁ1.6 million for the research to investigate the keto diet for bipolar, schizophrenia, ADHD and depression.
This follows the experience of their son, Matt, 27, who has bipolar disorder.
Going on the diet freed him from severe illness, while also reducing his medication.
Dr Campbell says: 'Keto is the most effective treatment I have tried in my life. It is not a miracle cure, but it allows me to live a normal life, which I'd otherwise not been able to do.'
The results from the research are expected later in the year.

Supermarket Keto Snacks
Finding prepackaged ketogenic snacks is challenging.
Simple options include protein like leg ham, salami, or canned salmon, tuna, or sardines paired with cheese slices.
Roll them up for an easy keto snack.
The only prepackaged keto-friendly snack I've found are Pork Crackle.

These are the ALDI Pork Crackle
As you can see from the Nutritional Information they are a perfect Keto Snack, and these ones with Himalayan Pink Salt are Devine.
Word of Caution water will be required with these bad boys.

ALDI Pork Crackles
